A SOLUTION FOR ALL

Inspired by the Bees and their importance to nature, along with the City of Trees recent article about how 27,000 units would be needed in the next decade, the Task Force objective is to work cooperatively with other nonprofits in the Treasure Valley region to discuss our HIVE campus solution.

The HIVE campus addresses how smaller houses and apartments with higher rent is forcing residents to live on the outskirts of society.

If we were able to acquire the land it would allow us to house a few thousand folks near the middle of the valley. Where all of which including families, singles, couples and more would then work, play, and educate onsite.

If you compare the Karcher Mall, now known as District 208, you will see many similarities but our project tackles the same problems in a much more efficient way.
